The group workouts we teach at Sports & Health Club The Challenge are fun and challenging additions to your fitness workout. These are group classes such as BodyPump®, Spinning®, Steps and Perfect Pilates®, among others. We also offer Personal Training, where you will be guided by one of our professional trainers.
